今天参加一个卫星赛，本来准备打完退票，结果打完比赛开始呢，然后我没办法接着打，结果居然得到了第一，拿到了现场票，但是现场票似乎不能退，
我写信给PS，信的内容如下：
>i have win a ticket about tournament: 237337580
>becuase i don't arrive for personal reason.
>i hope that ticket turn to T$！

刚刚PS回信：
Thank you for contacting PokerStars.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate your request.
According to the Australia-New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT) terms and
conditions, the first ANZPT seat you win is non-transferable and
non-exchangeable and can only be claimed by the PokerStars account holder.
If you win, you must play or forfeit the seat. If you win additional seats,
they may not be sold or transferred; your PokerStars account will be
credited with T$3,690 and USD$500 cash for ANZPT Perth package satellites,
T$2,320 for ANZPT Perth SEAT ONLY satellites.

似乎意思是不能退，只能玩，可是这里到澳大利亚，机票加上各种费用，肯定要超过2W人民币呢！去参加根本意思不大呢！

我的账号是论坛下线，希望论坛帮助与PS商量能不能办退票哦！

尽量找最便宜的飞机票去吧。。。还是你得seat就会forfeit掉了。。

介绍你。。我不知道你住在中国哪里。。不过现在有很多budget airline 飞去 perth .

我的飞机票才需要大概RMB3000而已。。不过不是在中国飞。。

如果你需要找便宜的飞机票的话，我可以帮你找。决不会超过4-5千。

如果你要省多一点钱。。就把你的酒店配套卖给其他的扑克选手吧然后找比较便宜的酒店住。这样你就有另外的零用钱了。。

谁知道。。因为你把握这个机会去比赛，就这样巧进了final table.

还有恭喜你赢得了卫星赛。。如果你有去perth的话，我们一起见面喝茶吧。。

谢谢上面各位朋友的关心，这个门票完全是个意外，我已经找BA帮我问问能不能退票！

如果是澳门，我肯定去了，去perth，语言不通，路途遥远，签证麻烦，最最主要的是公司今年的项目今年是关键，走不开，如果是春节得到，我肯定就能抽出时间去了，现在肯定不行呢！

去PERTH肯定要多转一趟飞机，麻烦中的麻烦，我昨天用公司账号问了一下价格是4500左右，也不算贵，不过这个门票也才价值2W多RMB多点，实在是划不着啊！转遍了大中国，还没出过国，哎，公司肯定不的报销这个费用的！想想算了！

上面那位朋友，以后有机会再喝茶吧！

希望BA能给我好消息！

这个扑克之星不是说明了不能退票的么你可以再发封信给扑克之星问下可以转让给其他人去现场不如果可以就去2加2论坛和国内的各个论坛发贴寻求交易吧也可以去POKERNEWS网去寻求转让。
