紧急求助 账号被封了T.T

因为取钱 账号被FTP封了 ..说是需要身份验证 ..

刚才给FTP那边发了 身份证(正反面) 邮政汇款单 取款单(正反面) 扫描件..

但是FTP回信 说让我再发一次 ..具体内容如下 ..T.T 各位大大 我是发一样的图片还是 重新弄哦?

In order to verify your photo ID, we must be able to clearly see the following:

* Your date of birth.

* A clear photo.

To verify your address on file, we require that you submit one of the following:
* Bank or credit card statement.
+ A- {6 h* |+ ^4 [! G* Utility bill.
: H6 g  W' ]* `, J6 v* Cell or home phone bill.
9 s! |8 h( M% b* Home or auto insurance papers.

The document must meet the following requirements:
* It must be dated within the last 60 days.
8 y$ `7 {8 }# X* It needs to be a full page and complete (bill/pay stubs, folded papers, and partial sections are not accepted).
* It must display your full name and the same address listed on your Full Tilt Poker account.

Before emailing your document(s), please ensure it is legible and in either JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) or PDF (.pdf) format and does not exceed 3 MB.
