今天转钱的时候出问题了，ｐｓ回信如下，看不太懂，我该怎么办啊？哪位老大看得懂的帮个忙啊

Once your account is cleared you will receive an email letting you know that your account has been approved for all real money transactions.

　　　Please go to Help > Contact Support / Upload Documents > Select Category > 'Security' > Sub-Category 'Documents' and you will be able to upload documents with a size up to 5 MB. If possible, please include the code "REL123" somewhere in the Subject of your email.

我没有买过，我只是在家里公司里玩被同事看到，他们也在同一个内网注册玩，这样是非法的，我现在才知道，麻烦了
